Vacancy Leasing

75% of One Month's Rent

Minimum fee: $1,200


When you have a vacancy, we handle the leasing process from start to finish, while you make the final decision on the tenant. The unit must be ready for move-in once the tenant is approved. Turnover coordination is available separately. Our vacancy leasing service includes:
